We’re looking for a proactive, technically savvy Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our growing team. This client-facing role is crucial in helping our clients successfully adopt and optimize Uzado’s cybersecurity services and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and service delivery.
- Guide clients through onboarding and implementation of Uzado’s cybersecurity and compliance services, including MDR, vulnerability management, incident response, and GRC solutions.
- Understand each client's unique IT environment, compliance obligations, and security posture to tailor recommendations and strategies.
- Conduct regular client check-ins, performance reviews, and technical business reviews (QBRs).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Uzado’s SOC analysts, compliance consultants, and engineering team to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
- Advise clients on cybersecurity best practices, threat trends, and how to continuously improve their security maturity.
- Help identify opportunities for account expansion and participate in the renewal process with the account management team.
- Stay up to date with industry standards (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.) and emerging threats to inform client strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in a technical account management, customer success, or client-facing technical role in cybersecurity or managed services.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, threat detection, and regulatory compliance (e.g., PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOC 2).
- Familiarity with security tools such as SIEMs, EDR/XDR platforms, firewalls, vulnerability scanners, and cloud security tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate technical details into business value for executive stakeholders.
- Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+, or CEH are highly desirable.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in or with managed security service providers (MSSPs).
- Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid IT infrastructures.
- Background in compliance auditing or consulting.

Compensation
$75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
